6-Month Price Protection terms
If Massage Chairs & More lowers its advertised price on the same new item within 6 months of your purchase date, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method. This includes our sale, Black Friday and holiday prices.
What's covered
- New massage chairs purchased from Massage Chairs & More, at our California showrooms or at massagechairsandmore.com.
- Lower prices advertised by Massage Chairs & More on the same brand, model and finish, including sales and promotions.
- Requests made within 6 months of your purchase date.
- Eligible purchases made in the 6 months before these terms were published.
What's not covered
- Floor samples, display models, open-box, refurbished, clearance and "As-Is" items.
- Special orders.
- Delivery and White Glove fees, taxes, free gifts, bundled value and financing promotions.
- Prices offered by other retailers. For those, see our 90-Day Price Match Guarantee.
- Pricing errors.
- Returned or cancelled orders.
How to request
Send us your order or receipt number using the form on this page, by email to info@massagechairsandmore.com, by phone at +1 (408) 889-1188, or at the showroom where you made your purchase. We confirm the lower price from our own price records and refund the difference within 5 business days.
Good to know
- We pay one price adjustment for each price drop.
- The difference is the price you paid for the item minus our new lower price, not counting delivery, taxes or fees.
- If we end this program, purchases made while it was active keep their full 6 months of protection.
