How do I narrow the shortlist to two or three chairs?
Use these points before a demo:
- Mechanism: brands label rollers 2D, 3D, 4D and 5D. Our 4D massage chair guide explains the labels.
- Track: an L-track runs under the seat. An SL-track chair also follows the S-curve of the spine.
- Recline: zero gravity recline tilts the seat back and lifts your legs. Check that you can get in and out with ease.
- Height range: check the listed height range for everyone who will use the chair.

Most chairs come with White Glove Delivery, so the team brings the chair in and sets it up, as long as access allows and the chair fits. The Solara ships curbside.
