Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is suitable, accessible, and capable of receiving the ordered product. This includes fitment, doorway clearance, stair access, hallway clearance, elevator access, and any building restrictions.

For large or one-piece products, including certain massage chairs, fitment remains the customer’s responsibility.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund / Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Without limiting that policy:

• online purchases may be subject to return approval,

• non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee,

• outbound and return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds,

• White Glove or other premium delivery costs may be non-refundable,

Once an order has shipped, a cancellation request may be treated as a return under the applicable policy rather than as a true pre-shipment cancellation.

The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of multiple persons or preside over any class, collective, representative, or mass proceeding.

If for any reason a dispute is found not subject to arbitration, or if a court of competent jurisdiction declines to enforce the arbitration provision in a specific instance, then the dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

Massage Chairs and More may assign, transfer, delegate, or subcontract any of its rights or obligations under these Terms without restriction.
